To make the pump run Intermittently an electronic controller is offered to monitor ON-OFF time (in case of Timer) and to sense the lubrication fault. It switches ON the motor of lubricating pump, senses pressure signal and then cuts the motor off. The pump remains OFF for the time set on the electronic controller I timer and then starts again. In case oil level becomes critical, the controller senses the electrical changeover signal of float switch for oil level sensing, gives warming for refilling the oil into the tank. It gives lubrication fault signal in case pressure does not build up in lubrication line within a specific time.
